Japanese culture is beautiful and so different. I found that japanese people can be very shy. How can you create communities and bring people together in a place like Tokyo? This week I had the pleasure to host @Ami Matsuzawa, a community manager at Facebook Japan and an amazing entrepreneur. Ami told me about LunchTrip, a community she built around food from all over the world, inspiration from pinterest (her previous job) and her new job at Facebook.
