This time we are going to talk about a brand community, and not just a brand- Lululemon, the biggest yoga clothing company in the world. I had the pleasure to host Rebecca Smith, an Australian that moved to Israel a year ago and worked for lululemon in the past 8 years (!) or I should say was “a lululemon girl” :) Rebecca explained to me how the fundamental of this company is community, why each and every employee in the company also works shifts at the store and how it all began with a yoga class.
