There are so many women community and I host some of the most amazing women community leaders I met in the podcast already. I think that this community is different because when we think about money and investments there is still an image for men dealing with investing but this is no longer the situation and Essi created a space for these women to empowering one another. This community is empowering women to talk about money and investments. The group offers peer support for women to take control over their personal finances. This is not an English speaking group but I believe that we should find or create one in every language.

Not every day Sheryl Sandberg is mentioning her favorite groups on her timeline. Back at 2016 she did and applauded Mumo Mumbai Moms as her fav mommy group (https://www.facebook.com/sheryl/posts/10157361481750177). Mumo Mumbai Moms is truly a mompowerment platform - by the moms, of the moms & for the moms. This is arguably also the world's largest community of Moms with over 100K constantly chattering moms. I heard from Neha about some inspiring stories and also about key partnerships for such a large community. Neha was featured recently as "The Lead Speaker”. After 71 podcast episodes it happened. I had a technical issue during the recording and I lost the contect. Thank god my guest was Amazing Danyelle Pollock and a few days later we recorded the whole thing again! Danyelle is currently on an international tour, visiting tech hubs around the world and providing consultations to startups of all sizes. We talked about 2 different kind of communities, one is the Lyft’s drivers communities- what makes them a community, How to keep them happy and engaged, what makes them share photos with passengers and how they affect the company growth. Second community is internal, Lyft’s employees and company culture. Danyelle explained why is it important to create a culture for a company, How to measure employee satisfaction and what kind of methods you can use to communicate if you have 61 employees or 1000.

When you meet Cepee you get this kind of energy and you know what is the DNA of a true community leader. She is an American living in Madrid and I think that her number one challenge was to create her own community in a new city, new county. Actually this lead eventually to her super unique and international community - She hit refresh, It's a community for women over age 30 who want to break free from routine and start a life of travel. With an upcoming retreat in Morocco I can understand why Cepee has this spark in her eyes when she talks about her community. Her best tip is to be present and not be scared to remove someone from the community if needed. Listen to out chat. Many thanks to Facebook CLC team for the support and to Grand Hyatt Berlin for hosting this series.
